....So it begins

Not really the beginning.... just a starting point to convey thoughts, ideas, and feelings of everything related to my running adventures, specifically here in the high desert of northern Arizona. I will hopefully (very soon) be posting daily running logs, including- mileage, elevation gain, terrain, with associated pictures. Myself and a few of the cool people that i occasionally run with have started a facebook page for others who might be interested in joining on some of our escapades.... check it out under Verde Valley Trail Runners.
